I’ve been following this story from the first arrest, when police appeared to have jumped to conclusions: thinking that this same man was a bank robber. They threw him off his bike, tazed and beat him while the bank manager tried to convince them that he wasn’t their man, that he was a harmless bank customer well known to the bank employees. He was arrested and jailed nonetheless. It wasn’t long before the real bank robber fessed up. Chynyquy was then released. I believe this event embarassed the police and he was targeted this time to save face. It’s a crock and a travesty of justice. Revenge on the homeless by Americas finest?
